The exact dungeon location will be provided once your deposit has been received. Your requested date and time, as submitted on your initial booking form, will be confirmed subject to availability.

BOOKING DEPOSITS
Securing Your Booking

A deposit is required to secure all dungeon session bookings. Your booking is not confirmed until the requested deposit has been received. Once your deposit has been recieved, your requested date and time will be booked and confirmed subject to availability, and the exact dungeon location will be provided.
​
Deposits are Non- Refundable. if you need to rarrange your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Any changes to your booking are at Mistress Freyja's discrection
​
The remaining session balance must be paid in cash on arrival.
YOUR SESSION
What To Expect.
​
Your booked session time includes a 10-minute pre-session consultation with Mistress Freyja. This allows us to discuss your interests, experience, boundaries and limits, and confirm the details of your session before play begins.
​
A safeword system will be agreed before play begins. Your safeword can be used at any point if you need an activity to slow down or stop. Your boundaries, limits and wellbeing will be respected throughout your session.
​
The final 10 minutes of your booked session are reserved for aftercare, allowing you time to decompress and return from the intensity of your experience before leaving the dungeon
​
Please note: the pre-session consulatation and aftercare form part of your total booked session time .
HEALTH, HYGIENE & SAFETY
Preparing For Your Session

Please arrive freshly showered and with a high standard of personal hygiene. Cleanliness is essential for the comfort and safety of both yourself and Mistress Freyja.
​
You must arrive free from injuries, open wounds, sores, fresh tattoos or broken skin that could make BDSM play unsafe. Any new injury or change in your health since booking must be disclosed before play begins.
​
You must be in good health on the day of your session, with no symptoms cold, flu, COVID-19 or any other contagious illness. If you are unwell do not attend. Any medical condition, medication, allergy, circulation or nerve problem must be disclosed before session, this is important for bondage, restraints and impact play.
​
You must arrive completely sober. If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, your session will not take place and your deposit will not be refunded.
